VIPA credit costs

Your balance
- Credits you do not use stay in your account. After 12 months in a row, those old credits go away. The 12 months start the day your plan starts. If your plan stops and you start it again, the 12 months start over. Credits you get in the month the 12 months end stay.
- If you cancel, any credits still on your account are forfeited on the effective date of cancellation. If you subscribe again, your balance and rollover anniversary start over. Credits from an earlier Subscription do not come back.
- Vocal Pockets does not have to extend or restore expired credits, except as this Policy says or if Vocal Pockets chooses to.
- If Generate fails because of a technical error on Vocal Pockets's part, that attempt is not charged. If a credit was taken anyway, email team@vocalpockets.com.
What credits are, refunds, and misuse are covered in the Terms of Use, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and the Plugin Supplemental Agreement.
